Read and follow the directions and warnings provided with the product before use, including any directions for the included applicator. 4. Pricing, orders and payment

6. Returns, refunds and damaged items
7-day risk-free trial: If you are not satisfied after trying EasyHemo Rescue, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of delivery, even if you have opened and used the product in accordance with its directions. Contact us with your order number and we will explain the next steps, including whether a return is needed.
30-day standard returns: If you prefer not to use the product, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused and in their original condition. After the initial 7-day trial window, opened or used products are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days of receipt, with photographs or other helpful evidence when possible. Statutory remedies remain available regardless of these voluntary policy windows.

7. Accounts, subscriptions and communication
When accounts or other optional services are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
