Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for products returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.

• If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof (photos/videos).

2. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.

• We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product was defective.
